Kelly’s latest offering invites feeling, integration, and embodiment through guided expression of the physical body.

Intuitively blending sound, breath, full body somatic expression (movement), dance, and meditation, Kelly guides humans to process present feelings and stored emotion. This space offers humans the opportunity to process the subtle, mental, and emotional bodies through the physical. A true harmonization of the four bodies.

In this offering you may: (i.) invite deeper feeling and alchemy of joy, sadness, rage, grief, and more; (ii.) invite clarity and grounding through creating space in the mind, heart, and body; (iii.) explore "Where can I soften to allow my natural power?"; (iv.) celebrate the grace of being, in the warmth of communion with other humans.

Sessions gather in person or in a private Zoom room with a select number of spaces available. This offering is currently limited to women, femme identifying folk, and humans with female anatomy.

A note from Kelly:

Some seven years ago I began meditating. Actively observing. Actively listening. First, to guided meditations. In cars, on trains and planes. During lunch breaks. Before rest. Upon rising. I began reading Aurelius and Epictetus. Then softened into exploring Krishnamurti, Chödrön, and O’Donohue. These teachings led me to question the very nature of my perception of reality. These acts of choosing seeded a garden of acknowledgement. Acknowledgement of my heart’s callings of something greater than the dull and destructive recipe of my then present relationship with reality.

As I kept walking, I kept gathering. The more I saw the veil and its seductive chokehold on me, the more my curiosity grew. The more I cultivated the richness of my interiority, the externalities diminished in value and allure. Through this process I inadvertently greywashed my history and voraciously desired a technicolour existence. In this well of desire, I chose to assume ownership of my responsibility in the matter of my singular experience of this gift we call life: a powerful co-creator with the universe and the infinitude of possibility.

Here, the wealth of presence truly called me. I answered.

I cut the fat and then some. I faced it all. Bravely. To the greatest capacity and desire of my being. With the profound presence and support of truly proficient and masterful stewards of care who walked me through my chosen path of introspection, destruction, and integration.

From the foundation of my conditioned personality, past traumas and energetic holdings, I learned how to love my nervous system to presence and safety, to welcome my body as a vessel for creation, love, presence, connection, joy, and peace.

Two years ago I began this practice to support a world of greater freedom. My initial offering, Reflection Sessions, was birthed from all the tools and knowledge I gathered along the winding and confronting journey of overcoming my (conditioned) self through years of mentored study and apprenticeship, as well as formal group and personal study. Today, my offerings are expanded and nuanced to support clients with greater specificity.
 
I choose to guide, mentor, and support clients boldly, bravely, reliably, and lovingly as I intimately understand the depth of devotion and Love the path of transformation asks of us. I understand the natural power that becomes available when witnessed in Love. When held through metamorphosis by a chosen guide. From this understanding, it is my true honor to guide and support humans through their own version of personal alchemy. In the sacred spaciousness of sessions and ceremony, I offer clients the opportunity to choose aligned cultivation and embodied reclamation of their naturally powerful state of being.
